Hi,

I'm Jada Garrett

I’m a thought leader focused on building community through inclusive, engaging, and meaningful conversations.

I bring over 20 years of experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives across corporate and nonprofit environments. My expertise spans project and change management, culture building, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness. As Deputy Chief of Staff to an executive at a SaaS company, I managed the rhythm of the business, business operations, and executive priorities, while supporting enterprise-wide strategy and execution—including Human + AI strategy and organizational change.

Across every role I’ve held, my work has centered on empowering leaders and organizations to build inclusive cultures where diverse people, perspectives, and lived experiences are welcomed, encouraged, and valued.

Grounded in my lived experience as a Black Jewish woman, I’m driven by a commitment to help create Jewish spaces where all Jews feel seen, heard, appreciated, and able to belong fully and authentically.

I consult with Jewish organizations to develop and implement strategies for becoming more welcoming and inclusive communities. I serve as an inaugural member of the Atlanta Repair the World Council and have served on the Allocations Committee of the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta. I’ve also co-led equity-focused initiatives within Congregation Shearith Israel in Atlanta, GA.

I live in Atlanta with my daughter and find joy in long neighborhood walks and discovering local eats.

My mission is to help small nonprofits build the clarity, systems, and cultures they need to thrive. I bring together strategy, operations, and culture-shift work to support sustainable growth, with a deep commitment to advancing Jewish inclusion—especially creating spaces where Jews of Color are fully seen, valued, and supported.
